"This 1955 Pontiac Safari wagon is extremely rare! It features original miles at 45201, which are documented. This is a correct V8 engine. The engine compartment is very clean and is in original condition. All numbers match on this beauty! The automatic transmission shifts smoothly from gear to gear. This Safari features power steering and power brakes. The exterior paint is rated as a seven out of 10. It shows very nice. The chrome and bright work is very nice, but there are some slight bubbles in the rear tail light bezel. The neutral interior is a nice cloth and vinyl combination. It is in very good condition. There is one small spot in the rear carpet. This Pontiac runs and drives very nice."

Notes:  Does not have lighted hood ornament (I thought it was standard on Safaris).  Painting of the "dip" under the side window (just behind the pillar) in the color of the top is incorrect, which indicates that the car has probably been repainted.  Seat covers appear to be correct design but they are not the correct material (leather).  Radio speaker grille emblems are missing.  Engine compartment is "rough" with incorrect engine color. "Sloppy" paint job on engine.  Has two-barrel carburetor.  This is a beautiful car that deserves better maintenance and attention to detail.
